I think this summer was record breaking in the days you got to be bare-legged in San Francisco (since I have been here), and it was glorious. I love fall, but not a continuous fall – I’d infinitely choose summer weather over any other season, especially when you get to feel the warm sun on your skin!
I found a new appreciation for this denim dress. I wasn’t crazy about the dropwaist before, but I felt like it helped to hide my expanding waistline as I ate through my emotions and stress. It’s a little too floppy on me now, so wearing it with a belt bringing the waist back up works much better for me! I do wish it was a tiny bit longer, but it just means I won’t be wearing it to work anytime soon.
Hat: Vintage from Alameda Flea. Dress: the Gap, thrifted. Boots: Sam Edelman (similar pair in new style, cause mine are from a few seasons ago). Belt: Vintage. Watch: vintage Bill Blass (I recently just changed out the band!)
Oh and this coral stool? It’s a little DIY project I’ve been working on painting three stools I found. One is painted mint green, this one is coral, and the last one is still its industrial gray. I’m trying to find some time to paint it, I still haven’t made up my mind if I should go with yellow or light blue! Hoping to find a nice play to keep them in our home!
